Whether you’re a coach, a CEO, or a head of state, the bigger your reach, the bigger your responsibility. Mistakes happen — nobody’s perfect — but when they do, people deserve to hear: “I messed that up.”
In politics, and especially on the left, you almost never hear those words. Instead, leaders double down on destructive policies — from climate mandates to failed migrant programs to multicultural experiments that don’t work — while refusing to take any responsibility.
Wouldn’t it be refreshing if politicians just admitted, “We screwed that up” and actually learned from their mistakes?
