I genuinely believe AI will change the world – but that doesn’t mean these sky-high stock valuations make any sense.
The companies spending billions on data centers and equipment? They’re in a nuclear arms race, and I don’t think they’ll ever earn back what they’re pouring in. Why? Because competitors will emerge who never had to spend that money – and they’ll still be able to compete.
Long-term, AI wins. Short-term? I think we’re watching a bubble inflate in real time.
